Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders are received and processed within one business day after order confirmation.
Orders placed one day before the delivery date are processed and shipped for delivery the following day.
Processing time precedes the delivery day and is not included in the shipping time.

Shipping fees
Emirate of Abu Dhabi:
40 UAE dirhams for one or two trays, and an additional 10 dirhams is charged for each additional tray thereafter.

Al Ain city and the rest of the Emirates:
50 UAE dirhams for one or two trays, and an additional 10 dirhams is charged for each additional tray thereafter.

Shipping fees are clearly displayed when the payment process is completed.

Expected delivery time
Orders within the UAE are delivered the day after the order is processed.
Delivery starts from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM on regular days.
Delays may occur during holidays and official events due to the increased volume of orders.
Delivery times may also vary in some cases beyond our control, such as public holidays or emergency logistical circumstances.

Areas not covered by delivery
Delivery is not available to the following areas: Sweihan, Al Heer, Al Madam, Nizwa, Al Dhaid, Hatta.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking
Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation notification containing the order tracking number will be sent via email or text message if available.

Payment methods
The store does not offer cash on delivery.
Only electronic payment methods available on the store are accepted.
